Yeah thats right if you don't agree, your probably an amateur yourself.

Deviant Art is not for people who want serious feedback. No-one stops to look and think about a piece , especially if its low contrast, (unless its a nude). People on DA don't like low contrast photographs... One point is: The most popular photographers on DA are usually not that great. And no one takes time to look at other art like drawings, paintings, writting. Here's the problem: There are too many photographs and deviations on here, i click from one to the other just to see more and more, its too easy to leave a comment, popularity is essential, and people are afraid to leave bad comments for fear of decreased popularity which can lead to deviant art addiction. Also everyone loves drawings of famous celebrities that are done from photos found in mags . Wtf? Stop favoriting that shit!

Bottom line: just cause its high contrast doesn't make it a good photo. Stop letting these amateurs that think otherwise, think high of themselves. Stop giving positive feedback to people who copy celebrity photos in drawing form. And please if your photo sucks, put it in your scraps.
